The fourth phone call
A guest waits at check-in while the phone rings again, asking when breakfast ends. One guest waits so another can be told something they could have read.

CNShotel
The hotel’s central nervous system
Guests ask in their own language, at any hour, and get answers the hotel itself has confirmed.
No PMS integration, no app to install — a phone and a QR code.
One product, every house
Demo builds — shown with permission, not customer references.
The problem you already feel
A guest waits at check-in while the phone rings again, asking when breakfast ends. One guest waits so another can be told something they could have read.
Your front desk is fluent in one or two languages. Guests bring more than that. A dietary restriction or a checkout time gets guessed at instead of understood — and a guest is usually too polite to admit they didn’t follow.
Night staff is minimal by design. A guest texting about parking or a late pharmacy at that hour used to just wait until morning.
The other side of the same product
The same conversations, read from the hotel’s side: what guests kept asking, what the companion had no confirmed answer for, and the one or two things worth your attention today.

What needs you
Essential delivers this by Telegram and SMS. Premium opens it as a live dashboard you can edit from.
28
Three for the interface. Twenty-eight in conversation.
24/7
No shift covers 3 a.m. The companion does.
Confirmed
Every answer traces to a fact the hotel confirmed. Nothing else is stated as one.
1 screen
What needs confirming. What blocks go-live. Nothing to learn.

Where CNS sits
Your PMS knows the room. Your CRM knows the booking. Neither can tell a guest at midnight, in Mandarin, whether the spa is open.
A PMS manages inventory. Rooms, rates, reservations. It is a system of record, and it stays exactly that — CNS does not replace it and does not need to read it.
A CRM manages relationships. Profiles, campaigns, loyalty. It speaks to a guest before and after the stay, in one language, on the hotel’s schedule.
CNS holds what the hotel knows. Breakfast hours. The quiet corner of the lobby. Which pharmacy opens at 2 a.m. Confirmed by the hotel, and answered in the guest’s own language. Until now it lived in a binder and in whoever was on shift.
A layer, not a system of record: nothing to integrate, nothing to migrate.
The part nobody else does
The interface stays in whatever language the hotel runs on. The conversation does not — it answers in the language the guest actually wrote in, without anyone switching a setting.
早餐几点开始?
“What time does breakfast start?”
早餐在 Arghavan 厅,6:30 到 10:30。
“Breakfast is in Arghavan hall, 06:30–10:30.”
Airport signage is in English. The travellers reading it are not. The interface holds one language so nobody has to hunt for a setting; the conversation goes wherever the guest already is.
One companion, two people it serves
Answers in the guest’s own language — no fear of being misunderstood, or of having to ask twice.
Knows the city, the hours, the way — nobody is lost at 11pm in a strange city.
Asks the awkward things, at any hour. A guest who would never call the desk a fourth time will type it.
The companion is never told which partner has a commercial arrangement. Pharmacies, hospitals and police can never carry one — enforced in the database, not a policy document.
You can mark a partner as having an arrangement, for your own records. The guest only ever sees a name and a number.
One screen: what still needs your confirmation, what is blocking go-live, how many guests were served this month. Nothing to learn.
Colour, gradient, tone and radius are set per property — a palace and a beach resort do not read as the same product wearing different logos.
It answers about CNS the same way it answers your guests — only from confirmed facts.
Two ways to run it
Every property gets the same companion and the same confirmed-facts rule. The difference is how much of the hotel side you want to hold yourself.
The guest companion, and a report that finds you.
Everything in Essential, plus the room you steer from.
Pricing is set per property rather than published here — a twelve-room boutique and a four-hundred-room tower are not the same conversation. Message us and we will quote against your own property.
Why hotels trust it
The companion is built to say “let me check with reception” rather than guess. A fact it has not been given, it does not invent — and a partner with a commercial arrangement is never named as one to a guest.
Three steps
Room directory, house rules, local recommendations — sent however is easiest for you. We turn them into a fact list you review and confirm before anything goes live.
No account, no app. A QR code in the room opens the chat and the guest is answering questions within seconds — in their own language.
What needs confirming, what was asked and not answered, how many guests were served. Not a dashboard to learn — one screen to glance at.
Quieter phones. Clearer accountability.
An answer either traces to a fact the hotel confirmed, or the companion says so and offers to check with reception.
A commercial arrangement with a partner is a record for the hotel, not something the guest — or the AI talking to them — is ever told.
Nothing waits for you silently. The readiness screen names exactly what is blocking go-live and what still needs a look.
